I was shown through the car on the delivery day and made aware of all the cars functions and felt comfortable driving it away. Even after purchasing the car I received phone calls asking if I was enjoying my new car and if I had any further questions.

  • 4.0 It's very easy to deal with the service department at Lyntons. From booking to picking your car back up is no fuss. Brendan is an absolute pleasure to deal with.
  • 3.0 Having had the service booked for over three weeks there was not enough oil for the gearbox in stock and the service took an extra day while we waited for oil to come in.

  • 5.0 As per usual in the past 8 years and a few different vehicles, my experience with Bruce Lynton was professional, streamlined, efficient and of exceptional standard. I called the Service Team and my call was dealt in a friendly manner - despite the workload the garage had at the time. I thought I may have to wait 4-5 days to have my car serviced, however my car was serviced and valeted nicely within 2 days! Payment and paperwork processed with ease and efficiency which means a great deal with busy schedules I am under. Thanks Bruce Lynton!

  • 3.0 I was disappointed I had to make 2 trips to the Dealership for the problem to be resolved. Particularly when I was advised on the first visit that there was not a problem.

It wasn't until I dropped my vehicle in that the service representative informed me that the vehicle could possibly be needed all day. Had I known this at the time of booking my car in I woul have arranged my day differently.

  • 5.0 Bruce Lynton Southport lent me a new Mini Cooper while my car , which had been recalled by BMW for service to the computer system as, apparently, some 3 Series cars had unwanted unlocking of doors and boot. I did not enjoy driving the Mini Cooper, mainly because my left shoe appeared to be too wide and it was very difficult to put my left foot on the clutch pedal ....I am sure this must have happened to Mini Cooper drivers before...I wonder whether BMW will remedy this fault.
  • 5.0 I always receive excellent service from all areas of BMW Gold Coast. The receptionists are lovely and I have had exceptional service from Craig in service and Gary in sales. The girls in the coffee shop are also lovely.

  • 5.0 The service by all staff was excellent. I was made to feel most welcome which came across as being most genuine & I was also offered a coffee by 2 different staff members. I also mentioned to a couple of friends after picking up my car that the service went beyond what one normally expects.
  • 2.0 I first took my car in on 5th February as I noticed my wipers weren't working. When I collected the car I was assured that the wipers were working. On the 7th February I drove home from work over 30 km at 8.30pm at night on the MI motorway and because it was raining turned the wiper system on manually. The wipers worked for approximately 1 minuted then stopped altogether. I had to drive home without wipers which is usually a 30 minute drive down the highway. I was reluctant to wait for assistance as I did not want to wait on the highway in the dark when raining, fearing it would be unsafe. I was arrived home well and the windscreen system of BMW was exceptional, the water ran off the window as soon as it hit, but that could have also been the direction of the rain. I then returned the car on 8 February only to be told that night it would take until Monday 11th February to be fixed as the part had to come from Sydney. I lost my car for a whole weekend and was not offered a replacement car. I picked my car up on Monday 11th February only to return it again on 18th February - I had to take a day off work to deal with the issue. While using the car on the weekend I had to place the wiper system on full power and noticed the driver wiper was hitting loudly against the side window panel. I then had to slow the speed down so that I could concentrate on driving. Hence I returned the car on 18th February and I am hoping this will be the last time. By this time I was incredibly frustrated with the whole servicing on my car, the attention to detail was lacking with the Bruce Lynton dealership.
